MERRY CHIRSTMAS EVERY BODY!
merry x'mas every body!
Wooohoo!!!
At last the time has come and presents are rolling in... NOT! This year is very different from all my previous years. This year, i didn't get much presents. Firstly, my aunts, uncles and parents decided to give all the money needed to buy our presents to charity.
Although i didn't get my presents, i'm quite alright with it. I guess... I mean, chirstmas is a time of giving right?
Luckily, REBE came to the rescue and gave me my present :) A pair of awesome shoes. Dad as usual gave me a book (his trademark), got some cash from my grandma and godma, a photoframe from my uncle.
Last but not least... currently unknown, my mum's present. haha...

I'm back from WSC(water sports camp) and it has been a real "sleep stealer". It was a good chance for all the water sports groups to come together and well... bond. I made some new friends along the way and made better ties with some of my kayaking buddies. Won't elaborate much on the camp, but lets just say, waking up at 3.30am to play "the amazing race a.k.a treasure hunt" is not fun at all. In fact, it's horrible! We NEED our SLEEP!!
Anyway, yesterday was the end of the camp and that signalled a WOOHOO for me. It was fun and boring at the same time? If that makes sense. Well, after the camp,
Kiasu, Small dick, Farter, Zubat, Cleaner, The Machine very long and his other half and I went to catch "YES MAN". It's a great movie and all should watch it IF you're a person who appreciate lame jokes?

At night i met up with
rebe, ace and "ah beng". Watched IP MAN! YES, i watched 2 movies yesterday, but it was swell! Ip Man is freaking awesome, and everyone loved it! It was touching and yet inspiring. It's like, after watching the movie, you wished you had kick-ass Kung Fu! Don't have a picture of the poster but yea, catch it!

Back home from another insane training. Pushing myself to become the best i can be, has certainly not been an easy task. Moral was way low today after training. It's sad to see it this way.
Firstly, i think we, the juniors have been pushing and training our butts off. Forcing ourselves to come down for training early in the morning from various parts of Singapore and making full use of our time. I for one, do not believe that we have not been doing well.
However, the after training de-brief was a shock to us, as juniors. We have done our best and have even pushed out of our comfort zone just to do well. We are definitely not happy with the way things have been handled.
A random person whom i have never seen before in my whole training life as a kayaker, out of the blue appeared. That's alright and all, but if you're gonna push us around because you were once the vice captain, i say... screw off. You are not welcomed. Your time has passed so just move on.
Sigh...

Names will be changed for all except ME!
So i woke up at an early timing today. In fact, i've been waking up early for like everyday, 24/7 ... forever! Ok, it was 7.30 in the morning and it was really difficult to pull myself out of bed. I've been debating with myself over the issue of ,"should i go for training". The good side( YES! GO!) versus the bad side?(NO! DON'T GO).
No prizes for guessing it right.
Training was tiring, an entire 18 rounds was no easy task after weights training the day before. Physical and metal stress was adding up every round. Luckily there was "kiasu" to row with me for the last 3 rounds.
Funny how somethings can happen even at this age or older...
Anyway, Rebe came over to my place. Chilled and watched Twilight once again, this time, on the Internet. The show is awesome! I want to read the book, but many will know that, that would be an impossible task for me. Anyway, till the not so far future, that's all!
